No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation to go ahead. Tell us what the job involves and we will give you a straight answer on what it needs and what it will cost.
Can you help with an emergency?
Yes. For burst pipes, leaks and anything actively causing damage, call 07738 832653 rather than emailing — the phone reaches us fastest.
What should I do if a pipe bursts before you arrive?
Turn the water off at the stopcock, which is usually under the kitchen sink or near the front door. Switch off the water heating, then open the cold taps to drain the system. If water is anywhere near sockets or wiring, turn the electrics off at the consumer unit and do not touch them until they have been checked.
Do you do full bathroom refurbishments?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We manage the whole job from strip-out to finish, so you are dealing with one company throughout rather than coordinating trades yourself.
